I used to eat these once in a while like 10 years ago. I moved to Florida and couldn’t find them anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised when I found these online. I eat them as a meal or a snack after dinner. What’s not to like? Delicious YES. Healthy YES. Filling YES. Easy to prepare, just rip open the sealed package, get a small bowl for the outer shell & woop woop ya got a great snack!! I can’t say enough about them and I get them delivered monthly.
